I tried to reopen https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/9977 but could not.

The user reports that both are down again:

This is now fixed. This morning's update mistakenly included an update to the plugin that introduces a bit of syntax that's incompatible with our system. I have reverted the syntax change and blacklisted the plugin from future updates. Please pass our apologies to the user.
