Actually, I take that back. It appears that the user created a new account using the email address on July 8. With that account in place, I cannot switch the old one to use the new email address. Can you ask the user what he'd like us to do? We can delete the new account, but it will mean deleting all associated content. (Old account jarrod123, new account jshanahan.)
