Hi Boone -- I was going to do this but then ran into that problem where, when I go to Network Admin > Users > Add New I trigger the new invitation system. I remember that you shared a specific URL I could use as a super admin to add new users, but I can't find the told ticket. I tried https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/network/user-new.php , but that didn't work (it triggered the overlay invitation system). can you please remind me how to do this, and I'll document it for next time? thank you

The direct URL works only on specific sites, not on the Network Admin. I'll start a separate ticket to fix this.

Okay -- thanks, Boone. Scott, I created an account for Fred using that gmail address. He should be able to use the forgot password tool to set a password
