The PDF embedder provokes this error.
Unexpected server response (0) while retrieving PDF "https://via.hypothes.is/https://divinecomedy19.commons.gc.cuny.edu/files/2019/01/Divine-Comedy-Syllabus-Spring-2019.pdf".
You can see it in action on this site (built with the teaching template) - https://divinecomedy19.commons.gc.cuny.edu/syllabus/test/
I created that page, and just selected the PDF via Add Media. I've done this many times on my own site, and there's no problem there. Tested again just now - https://historyprogram.commons.gc.cuny.edu/testPDF/
