Description

If a user goes to Settings > Writing to change the default editor from Block to Classic, when they attempt to save these changes they receive the error in the screenshot below. I have tried this myself and two other users have reported the error to me. Any idea what's going on here? Many users (professors) prefer to make the classic editor the default since the block editor is much more confusing for students (and more inaccessible.

Looks like this is a fatal error being triggered when cac-creative-commons is activated. See https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac-creative-commons/pull/1 for what is, I think, the correct fix. Ray, could you please confirm? If so, could you please merge, commit to CAC, and deploy as a hotfix? I have a feeling this will be a common issue as folks set up their sites for the fall.

Apologies, Laurie.

I introduced this problem into the Creative Commons plugin. Thanks Boone for the pull request. Just pushed up the hotfix to production.
