After discussion with Matt, we've decided to remove the Braille plugin from the Commons. We're no longer able to sustain the cost of the AWS instance for LibLouis.
I'll be posting a note about the deprecation on the dev blog, which I'll link to from here. Matt will coordinate reaching out to current users (of whom there appear to be zero actively using the plugin) to offer support. In the 1.15.11 release, the plugin will be removed.
