We got this complaint on Redmine:

We found a very outdated page (Marilyn's note - it's actually a profile!) on the CUNY Academic Commons and would like to either get access to update it or provide updated content to be uploaded in its place.

The CUNY Institute for Health Equity has gone through a number of changes since the former director, Marilyn Aguirre-Molina, left Lehman in 2016. We had an interim director from 2016-2018 and a new interim director, Dr. Justine McGovern, recently appointed this fall.

What should be done? I'd vote for removal as there's no one to update it, and profiles are meant for people, not entities.

There is no them - the person who created this profile for this entity is unknown and presumably gone. I don't know if Jonathan Rose has a commons accouny but if he does or is willing to, how would he get to this profile? aren't profiles tied to a user?

accounts are tied to an email address; we have had orgs (departments, etc) create shared user accounts before (I have personally helped create one for the journal JITP and for the GC Digital Fellows). So we could associate this account with an institutional address if it is not already associated with one, or we could consider deleting, based on the center's preferences
