CUNY Academic Commons

In the attached screenshot, the quotation marks around the text of the notification message seem superfluous and possibly confusing, as they suggest that the person who uploaded the file added the message "Note that you may have to log into the CUNY Academic Commons in order to gain access to the group and its documents."

It seems to me that we can do away with those quotation marks unless there is a technical reason for keeping them. A very minor issue, obviously.
