Hi Ray,

Thank you for updating the Events Calendar plugin a little while ago. We're realizing now how much that update changed the look and the feel of that page, and we're wondering if there's a way to apply some of that older styling to this page? Do you have previous copy of the site or that page?

At the very least, maybe the category menu bar could be made a bit bigger, and the search bar a bit smaller?

Also, we used to have an additional feature that is not showing any longer. When you clicked on a category, new text showed up above the calendar that read "Return to Full Calendar View", and it's no longer there. Could we add that back in? I see that you can toggle back to the full calendar by clicking on the category item again, but its not intuitive to visitors. I think the "Return to Full Calendar" was just hyperlinked text to https://gcdi.commons.gc.cuny.edu/calendar/

It looks like The Events Calendar added an option in the admin area to disable the new design. I've just disabled it. The calendar looks similar to the previous design now.

About the previous design, you can check the development site since I don't believe that site was updated to the latest version of The Events Calendar.

Let me know what else needs to be done.

Category name set to WordPress (misc)
Status changed from New to Staged for Production Release
Target version set to 1.16.9

I noticed a slight padding issue with the category button links. I've added an update to fix this here.

This will be ready for the next maintenance release.

Thanks Ray, sorry I missed that.

The category menu looks a little funky - see attached image. Could we make those items wider so they're not cutting off the end of the words?

Also, could we add the "Return to Full Calendar" - it used to appear when someone clicked on a category and allowed them to go back to the main calendar page.

Otherwise this looks good to me.

Lisa - other changes that you'd like to see?

Nope, those are the main things: Return to full calendar and repairing the category buttons seems most pressing. Thanks, Ray!

I fixed this by unchecking the "Legend Superpowers" option on the "Events > Settings > Category Colors" admin page.

Also, the "Return to Full Calendar" link is named "Reset filter". We agreed on "Reset filter" during initial implementation. Let me know if you want to change it to "Return to full calendar".
