Description

Just noticed this after the 1.17.0 release. I'm unsure whether this is due to 1.17.0, but I thought it might have something to do with the new markup for BPGES settings. Ray, could you have a look please? See screenshot ("1.17.0 Release" title is jammed up against BPGES markup.)

Looks like I have to make a few more adjustments because I do not run Yourls on my local Commons, so I didn't see the "Quick Link".

I've attached a screenshot of the CSS fix afterwards. Need to add some spacing between the "Quick Link" and "Your email status" block and perhaps tighten the gap between the topic title and the "This topic has" block.
