Description

Boone - Steve Brier wants to move some files from one group library to another. Matt has authorized it if you're willing. Here are the details:
"Here's the URL for the 2019 group side:

and here's the URL for the 2020 group site to which Boone will transfer the following Library files from the old site :

There's no built-in concept of "moving" library files, and any such tool would be destructive in the sense that they would no longer exist in their original locations.

Instead, I built a tool for copying a group's entire library to another group. See attachment. I then ran the tool to copy each item from https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/f19-urban-ed-course-historical-perspectives-on-urban-education/ to https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/fall-20-urban-ed-historical-perspectives-course/. At this point, any unwanted items can be deleted. I'm not sure I understand the list provided to do the deletions myself, but in any case it should be a fast task (much faster than re-uploading the whole library).

Thanks Boone. I thought that's what you might do but just in case I gave you the list of the ones I needed. Easy enough to do the deletions myself. Thanks for doing this. Hope you and your family are well.
