I'm not seeing a CNAME for morrisjustice.org. See https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php?query=morrisjustice.org&rtype=ANY. If the registrar doesn't allow CNAME for the bare domain, the user may have to configure the A record to point to the Commons IP instead.
Once we can verify that the DNS is set (the dnschecker.org page is a good tool for this) we can pass the request along to IT.

Strange - I wonder if she deleted it. There used to be a CNAME record there. I will check with her.

Hi Boone - she can't seem to get the CNAME record to work, so she created an "A" record. But now there are two "A" records - will this be all right or does she need to delete the other "A" record.

Okay - I asked her to delete the other "parked" A record and now there is just one A record pointing to the Commons IP. Does it look good to you now?
