Description

I don't think we should encourage the use of 2010 and 2011 themes since they have limited responsive functionality.

That sounds like good sense to me. Perhaps we should remove them from the list of available themes?

I also think we we should review the themes we use in our templates, as some of them use older themes.

Agreed. I've disabled Twenty Ten and Twenty Eleven from being activated.

we talked about this in the community call today and agreed to go with Option B, but also to explain to Jeff why we deprecated it (lack of mobile responsiveness) and how we could help him find an alternative
