Description

Perhaps related to https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/15134 , I am seeing a broken site icon on the logged-in homepage for this site -- https://finalspr2022.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ (which looks private). Screenshot attached

The previous fix in #15216 addressed blog posts and comments, but the "created a new site" activity item for private sites slipped through.

Should be fixed in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/cee296b5ea947c02462f6f3f981653d275f55698. I've also pushed this as a hotfix on production.
