Cannot Access Forgot Password Link in New Nav.

Description

When I click on "Forgot Password" from the new drop-down navigation, the menu disappears and I am left with the homepage. I experienced this on a Mac with Chrome 16 and Safari 5.1.2 as well as on a PC using IE 9, Chrome, and Firefox 9 with Windows 7.

I can access the forgot password link when I log in the other way. Also, on a somewhat related (and much less important) note, I noticed that the login page looked a bit strange using Safari (screenshot attached).
