Description

Hi Boone,

A member recently reported problems trying to use the cformsII and Google Docs Form plugin to embed a conference registration form. Scott found an alternative for the member to use, but it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the other two. Is it feasible to make the either of the two existing plugins work, and if not, can we remove them from the list of searchable plugins?

Matt said the issue with these plugins was a security related because that the Commons is a multisite installation and was hoping you could add your thoughts about the security issues and possible solutions for embedding forms.

Best,
Sarah

Sarah, really sorry that this ticket got lost somehow. We do have support for Google Forms through the [gdoc] shortcode: https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/google-docs-shortcode#how-to-use
