Looks like it's no longer available as a service. It's been integrated into JetPack.

We still have three other sites that have VaultPress active, so we're going to hide VaultPress from the Plugins admin dashboard page so it cannot be activated any more going forward.

Well, you may want to let the owners know that this plug-in apparently does nothing when used on a multi-site hosted site (see https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/jetpack-backup-works-with-vaultpress/#post-3837878). In fact, I paid for this service back in 2018 not knowing that I couldn't actually use the backups!
