Description

The upper black Nav bar currently does not have google analytics hooked up to it. We need to hook up analytics to the black nav bar so that we can track how it is used particularly if the drop-down and nested links are getting use.

I've added a click event in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/052eb5baaba624b4b8d0dcfa3a2fe1e6fd512e08. I'll monitor next week to make sure that data is flowing.
