Uploading child theme

I unfortunately neglected to update the imagemap in the header of the Clean Child Theme before I emailed it to Matt.

I've included the updated version here. Thanks again and apologies for the oversight.

OK, I will get it out.

I've made the fix in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/3f50a5a9455d82963414505fbefed4ba3a39bec9 and am going to release it to the site momentarily.
