Note: I put this on the 1.3.7 ticket, but if that release won't be coming for a while, it would be great to get this up as soon as possible so that the JITP collective could move forward and get its first issue out. Many thanks.

Finally, can you confirm that this was a wholesale swap of the directories? I'm still getting the Baruch favicon.ico (despite deleting the cache), which I think was in the old Genesis directory. I had opened a ticket to have it removed from the JITP directory, but when rebuilding the theme discovered it was also in the Genesis directory... that's why I requested the wholesale swap rather than for that to file be deleted.
If it wasn't a wholesale swap, please let me know and I'll open a ticket to remove the file.

Yes, it was a wholesale swap. Favicons are pretty heavily cached on the client side, and are sometimes heavily cached on the server side too. I can confirm that there is no favicon in either the genesis or jitp directories.
