Description

On my computer, at least, I'm seeing overlapping text and buttons on the manage invite group screen. Please find a screenshot attached. If you can't replicate this, please let me know and I'll send you my computer details.

For the record, this is the screen for managing group requests, not invites.

The markup and styling here are pretty bad, so I rewrote it using flexbox. This should be usable for now (including on mobile) until such time as these pages are rebuilt. https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/e5bf565ec60f2b4a37e702f0cd07fe1b1aa3307b
