Description

I think we need to add a "cache" folder underneath WP-Content that is writable so that SimplePie Plugin for WordPress is able to cache its feeds. I tried this on a non-Commons site and it fixed the issue.

I'm not keen on adding a writable directory in the location they suggest, so I have written a filter that will force a different location. Fixed in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/a6a6fa8d59f5eb0e344fd0b456894c691c6de183
