Hi Boone,

We're having a raft of registration issues related to this week's email outage. A group at LAGCC, for instance, registered at once for the Commons on Wednesday when the site email wasn't working. So, they did not receive account confirmation emails. Password recovery doesn't work because their accounts arent' officially registered, but they can't re-register because they get an email saying the email is already taken.

Can you think of any way around this?
