Upgrade CAC secondary server

Description
Must be upgraded to RHEL6.
- Priority name changed from Normal to Low
Still in progress... have to coordinate schedules with counterparts at Baruch. Less of an immediate priority since I was able to upgrade PHP to a version compatible with the current WP code-base.
- Target version set to Not tracked
I'm not sure what the status of the secondary server is now that André is no longer around to keep an eye on things. Matt, do you have any thoughts?
I have not heard anything about it in forever. I would be surprised to learn that syncing processes were still going on . . .
