This text needs to link to the appropriate links. Colin, do you have the links handy? (Are we linking directly to youtube for instance?)

I've just fixed up the various links in the modal to point to the proper places. This is live on production.

I just took a quick look through using Jeremy's trick to append /edit-cv/?modal=welcome and /edit-cv/?modal=migrated to the CV edit URLs, and the links all looks great to me.
