Description
User Susan Delamare reports "I am an instructor at City College and have an account on Academic Commons. Suddenly, I cannot access the site to view student websites. I need to have access to complete my grading. Please advise on this situation."
More info - "I can only access it in a very circuitous way: by first clicking on a link in an email to a student site, then clicking the login on the student page and logging in, navigating to my sites and selecting one of my sites. Only then will I have access. Otherwise, I can't get in through the regular login (screenshot attached) like I used to."
I have a similar report from another user (Jonathan McVey), and a shorter report from longtime user Pamela Stemberg.

I am able to log in myself, both as mweber and marilyn_super.
I also have a student reporting that she's unable to create an account, and I see on the Network page that there are no new accounts as of today, and only one yesterday/

I am able to log in using a number of different accounts.
In addition to testing with different accounts, I also tried logging in via different paths (wp-login.php, admin bar, various sorts of redirects, etc). I wasn't able to reproduce the reported issue in any of these ways.
If you're able to provide any additional context provided by any of the users, it would be helpful. Screenshots, screencasts, specific URLs, descriptions of exactly what's being clicked and what the user sees, any of this would be helpful. "Can't log in" unfortunately doesn't give enough information to narrow it down any further.

I just tested the registration flow, using a non-CUNY signup code, and I had no problem. If you continue to get this type of report, please get as many details as possible that flesh out "can't register".
