I'm looking into this report, but there doesn't seem to be much transparency, or even information, about this service or what specific product this user might be using within the opendns "family".

I changed my local workstation's configuration to use opendns as the DNS provider and was not able to replicate issue.
Can we have someone contact the user to try and get more explicit steps to replicate, info about local environment, etc?
