Description
If the "Who's Online" listing isn't actually showing us who is online, we should change that appellation. "Recently Online"? "Recently Active Members"?
It's never shown who's actually online (not technically possible without some crazy intrusive javascript), just who's been active in the last few minutes. I can either reduce that window, or decrease the number of people shown, or change the text. I don't really care one way or the other.
