Hi All,

A user was having trouble registering the other day but it appears they succeeded, here is their profile: https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/members/mjrobinson/activity/

I am trying to invite them to the group: https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/critical-ai-literacy-institute/

When I try to invite by user name I get an error and I cannot get their name to come up in the invite modal, see video. Since this user had trouble registering, I am wondering if there is something wrong with their account that makes it unable to be found in the system?

Any insight you can provide would be much appreciated!
