CUNY Academic Commons

Hello all, here is my draft of the 2FA informational post. I appreciate any feedback, both on the technical language I'm hopefully using correctly, as well as any other copy edits or points of emphasis given CUNY IT's recent priorities.

Once it's approved, I will create a header banner and distribute it to relevant Commons community groups. Many thanks to Scott for working on the help site pages referenced in the post!
