Multiple posts appearing in feed

Description
When I visit the Commons News blog I see about 6 press release posts. They're also in the activity stream and they each take you to the same URL/post. I've attached a screenshot.

Meant to write "duplicate" not "multiple" in the title of the ticket, but I cannot update it. Zoinks.
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Assignee set to Boone Gorges
Have confirmed that six posts appear in the dashboard. not sure how that happened.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- Target version set to Not tracked
- Severity set to Low impact
I've deleted the duplicates.
Hi Boone -- there is a press release on the homepage of the commons news blog; when its headline is clicked, one reaches a 404
FWP was doing something strange. Should be fixed now.
