In a CUNY Academic Commons website I’m managing, the Header Logo fails to be loaded periodically. I’ve tried to restore the logo many times in the past few months, and the logo will be loaded after its restoration, but it will fail again after a few weeks.

It may appear to be working now, but I asked the user about this and they said they replaced it this morning. I have asked them not to replace if it breaks again so we can take a look

Sounds good, Laurie. It looks like the site is using WordPress's built-in Site Logo feature, so we'll look into this when it breaks.

I think they site admins changed the theme and this is no longer an issue. this ticket can be closed.
