Description

Hi All,

I was adding events to the Commons events page and noticed that I can see events that I think (?) should be private.

For example the event "Chair: Fall Semester Reappointments" is visible but when I click on it, it notes that the event is private, and it is connected to a private group. See screenshots.

Is this expected behavior?

If you are logged-in as an adminstrator, you have the ability to view private events across the site.

Laurie, can you confirm that you are logged-in as an adminstrator? Do private events show up when logged out or with a regular member account?

Ah, apologies. Yes I was logged in. I wasn't aware my logged in admin status would provide a different view on this page.
