Matt - Please create an A record for www.commonsinabox.org. It should be identical to the * record, except it'll read 'www' instead of '*'.

okay, think this is done. Please confirm that its working when you have a chance. Doesn't appear to be working yet to me but maybe it takes time to get started?

Yeah, it needed to be added as a ServerAlias under the respective VirtualHost entry. Added now.

In fact this A record is not needed if there's a wildcard record for *.commonsinabox.org already.
