"Update failed" error when trying to save page

Description

When trying to save a page, I get a red message on top of the screen that says "update failed." When I close the tab/window, my browser warns me that I will lose info. However, when I visit the live page, it seems that my changes were actually saved.

I get this error on https://khatchad.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=358.

Hi Raffi,

I saw some fatal errors in the log regarding the jetpack-boost plugin, which is odd because we had removed the plugin back in https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/23259#note-18. However, the plugin reappeared. I've just removed the plugin. Can you try again?

I'm just submitted a ticket with our server team to see what might be causing these phantom files from reappearing.
