Description
I might be going nuts, but I can't seem to find the sidebar option for adding/changing our sitewide banner announcements in the main site Wordpress dashboard sidebar. I believe it was called something like Announcements there before. Sorry if it is right in front of my nose.

Just an addendum that there is something called Commons Information in that sidebar, but I am not sure what it is. It has a downtime message there from 2023, but we had many other saved banners in the interface I've used before.

I don't think this has to do with your account specifically. The cac-sitewide-announcements plugin was not active, probably related to #23361. I've reactivated it.
