Similar to #15368 and other tickets, I can't access the Wordpress dashboard for the overall site with my usual "colinmcd" account as I have been able to before. I don't think this is migration-related, as I'm pretty sure I was editing the banner and other items in that dashboard after we moved to Reclaim.

When you say you lost it, do you mean you no longer see the site in the My Sites dropdown? We have a tool that's meant to reset permissions as soon as you manually visit https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin. Could you try doing that?

That worked, sorry about the trouble and probably about forgetting the reset process.
