Description

I'm not seeing templates on the live site when creating a new site. Maybe this is similar to #22542 when we fixed this on the dev site?

The cac-site-templates plugin was not activated, probably again related to #23361. I've activated it and the templates should be appearing now.

While auditing which plugins to always be active in https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/23361#note-13, I missed cac-site-templates. Just added it to our always-active list in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/dd93f9eb31.

Minor follow up here, but on the dev site the conference template thumbnail image seems to be missing, and the conference template is the default one selected as well instead of the actual default template.
