Description

WP 5.9 introduces caps-lock warnings for the password field on wp-login.php. Our custom styling doesn't load enough of WP's styling to inherit the default "hidden" state.

Styling ported from WP in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/e0a83be4a6b904b896565fa5ca82cb9396c57527. I shipped this to production and bumped the CAC_VERSION number to ensure that the various caches were flushed.
