Description
I noticed that one of my blogs has been deleted. When I go to http://scottvoth.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ I get the message: "This user has elected to delete their account and the content is no longer available." I am almost positive that I never deleted this site. However, I know that I recently deleted a test site and am wondering if there might be an issue here where more sites are deleted than the one intended? I have an xml backup of the site in question, and think I can recreate it with a little work - just wondering if there is an easier way to bring it back. If not, no worries. I will recreate.
But just wondering if this might be a bigger issue. I know that I have many more blogs than a typical user, and that this issue may be hard to research. The wording of the error message is a little misleading too, in context of the Commons. If someone deletes a site, they are not really deleting their account.

Hi Scott. I've undeleted the blog. FWIW, it said that it was last updated in Nov 2011, which I assume was the date it was marked deleted.
I haven't heard any reports of blogs mysteriously going missing like this, so I'll assume for the time being that it's an isolated case, though I'll also keep an eye out.
You're right that the wording is not the best. I'm going to move this ticket to Future Release as a reminder to patch it to be more descriptive. It sounds like something that ought to be fixed in WP itself.
