Description
With our new profile system, we don't offer a clear enough way for users to change their avatars. I think we should allow users to change their avatars by either adding them to the new profile editing interface or by mousing over the avatar and having an "edit avatar" link appear. Whatever we do, the system should be clear to users.

I would suggest adding a link directly under the picture in edit mode (see screenshot). Ignore the white border around the text. In order to get to edit mode we need an option other than mouseover so touch users can access it. I have a couple of suggestions around editing profiles that I'll hold off on creating tickets for until after today's meeting.
