I couldn't find any existing tools for this, so I wrote a simple YOURLS plugin. It sends an email to commons@gc.cuny.edu every time someone creates a new cuny.is URL, along with a little information about the URL and creator. https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/521e249e7d42722c8e5c9ed4a9d371a559ca1823
I'm not going to turn this on until after deployment, because I'll have to batch create a few thousand links first thing.
