admin bar and CAC multicolor logo -- logo in the upper left: matt is ok without a logo present. Navigation just on the profile page? suppressing the menu? Defer to redesign.

OK. I agree that the current text-based identity solution is workable for now and we should revisit this ticket when we look at redesigning and rebranding the site.
