Description

Right now when you are in the Commons Profile tab and on a section other than profile, like Sites, if you click on the Profile link it takes you to
http://cdev.gc.cuny.edu/members/cstein/profile/

which is the Public Portfolio so the page and navigation changes.

It would be less confusing if that linked to:
http://cdev.gc.cuny.edu/members/cstein/profile/?commons-profile=1

which is the Commons Profile tab and would keep the navigation the same.
