Description
I just learned about this theme - http://themble.com/bones/ - which seems like it has a lot of nice features. I think we need more responsive themes on the site.

It looks to me like this theme is not meant to be used as-is. It's described in the documentation as a starter theme for developers. As such, it's pretty vanilla.
That said, it's technically possible to use the theme as-is. I'm going to put this ticket into the next milestone, and right after tonight's release, I'll put Bones on cdev for you to test and decide if you want it.
