Not sure what is happening with Ground Control (nothing, I think), but we certainly don't need this ticket for it. Marilyn, if you pick this back up -- something we should discuss -- let's talk about the best way to organize it.

I set this to "Abandoned," Boone, which I guess is what you added instead of deferred?

No, I did not add Abandoned - someone else did at some point. I added Deferred but only enabled it for Bug and Feature, because it's extremely tedious to add new status to ticket workflows (you have to check about a dozen tiny checkboxes for each user role for each tracker).

Okay. There is one tiny thing that speeds it up -- checking on the green check mark to the left of the status selects all checkboxes. I will go through and do this now for all users/categories.
