Scott, it looks like the domain's DNS settings have not been changed. Please contact Paul and have him change his primary A record to 146.96.128.200. I believe he's using namecheap.com; this looks like their support page for this task is https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/319/78/how-can-i-set-up-an-a-address-record-for-my-domain

IT checked in on this. Boone, is their work done?

Matt - I assume that IT's work is done, but to be honest I don't know of a way to verify without the DNS being switched over.

Scott - A ping to see whether you've been in contact with Paul regarding the DNS switchover.
