hmmm. it was my understanding that development had moved on to the CKEditor - http://ckeditor.com/

I installed it according to this page: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:FCKeditor_(Official)#MediaWiki_1.15_and_older. Not sure what that means with respect to ckeditor.
