Description

Boone, I am seeing errors when I click on "View pending memberships in this group" in a notification about a request to join a private group. I noticed that the link itself seems to contain some HTML that it shouldn't:

I know there was one problem with a notification that I was seeing only because I am a sitewide admin, but this seems like a different problem.
