openWPMU Domain Mapping Debugging on cdev

Description
As per the 1.7.5 release, there was a redirect issue with the WPMU Domain Mapping plugin during upgrade to v0.5.5 that forced us to rollback to the previous version (v0.5.4.3).
Boone has suggested that we help debug the latest release on cdev so we can send a patch back to the authors.
Can you let us know when you've set up a domain for mapping on cdev and whether you require any help in debugging?

I've realized that this won't work without a small amount of configuration by IT. Matt, can you please submit a request for IT to allow boonegorges.net to be mapped to cdev? That is - whatever config change they generally make for mapped domains, same thing here, but on cdev. Thanks.

We've hit a hurdle at IT, so I'm moving this out of the milestone until we get a response.
